Webinar 'Harmonized European standards: Drafting standards compliant with EU legislation'

This webinar will provide participants with the latest developments regarding the preparation of CEN & CENELEC harmonized standards to be cited in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). It will include updates on:

- The HAS assessment system;
- Key elements to be considered when drafting harmonized standards (e.g. Normative references, Annexes ZA/ZZA, checklist for hENs, etc), including highlights on non-compliance with EU legislation;
- Development of hEN at international level;
- Specific actions undertaken by the CEN and CENELEC Technical Boards.

The focus of the webinar will be on providing guidance and solutions to CEN and CENELEC Technical Bodies in the preparation of harmonized standards.
